Mike is a member of William Paterson University’s graduating class of 2020. He has a Bachelor’s in Media Production in which he focused in audio production and TV studio production. He has been playing drums for 17 years and over the years has also picked up saxophone, guitar, and recorder. He interned at Architekt Studios, under engineer and producer, Shane Stanton. “Covid may have cut it short, but interning at Architekt was the single best learning experience I could have ever asked for. I learned so much from Shane in a very short amount of time: not just on the technical side of things, but more importantly the way that he always conducted himself around his clients.”

Mike began dabbling in recording music in early 2014 and instantly fell in love with the entire process. “I’m not formally trained, I didn’t go to school for music production, and for a long time I didn’t have access to any fancey gear. If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ve always had to make do with what I had, and as a result, I learned how to pull every last percent out of whatever it was I had.” When he is not producing or listening to music, he enjoys running, lifting weights, golf, and spending as much free time as he can in the outdoors with his dog, Harvey.
